EFFOX offers two basic types of Diverters --LOW LEAK and ZERO LEAK.

The LOW LEAK design is used where an extremely small amount of leakage (99.95% gas tightness) can be tolerated across the closed Diverter. The ZERO LEAK design is used where gas turbine exhaust can not be tolerated past the closed damper.

Both LOW LEAK and ZERO LEAK designs are used primarily in HRSG Applications, but can be used in any system that requires a through flow with bypass capability.

DIVERTER DESIGN FEATURES

Metallic or Combination Tadpole / Metallic seal arrangements which are frame mounted are easily adjusted in the field.  Seal technology ensures 99.95% gas tightness with the low leak design, and no flue gas leakage with the zero leakage design.

Linear or rotary single pivot drive designs which eliminate moving parts in the gas stream.  Electric, pneumatic, or hydraulic actuation available.

Composite blade design is structurally rigid to resist thermal distortion, flutter, and vibration.
